Class description: Learn how to make an egg pasta dough and a spinach pasta dough using Stone Barns eggs and greens; how to use a pasta machine to stretch your dough, and practice hand-cutting techniques for tagliatelle, maltagliati, pappardelle, fettuccine and farfalle. Afterwards, make Julia’s 20-minute tomato sauce. Italian Home Cooking and The Pasta Book will be available for sale and signing.
