Julia della Croce has received widespread recognition throughout the United States for her excellence in teaching, including an award by The James Beard Foundation distinguishing her as one of America's Best Cooking Teachers.
In 1993, she was honored for her contribution to Italian cuisine and culture at the Italian Embassy in Washington D.C.
She has taught cooking to national television audiences on WABC TV's Live with Regis and Cathy Lee, the T.V. Food Network, W.C.B.S. This Morning, Epicurious, and many other television broadcasts in the United States and Canada.
Her eleven published books have received accolades from the American and international food press, and won prestigious national and international awards.
